Sin Cara Appears in AAA Using WWE Name During 90 Days No-Compete

Sin Cara made his return to pro wrestling last night, and only one week after being released from the WWE. During a beatdown of Pagano, Sin Cara ran down to make the save using his WWE trademarked name and mask. Sin Cara should still be under his 90 days no-complete clause.

There’s some speculation that WWE had given AAA their blessing. It’s also believed that AAA doesn’t care about American trademarks and would do it with or without their blessing. WWE typically doesn’t care what AAA does because they’re not a competitor to their product in the states.
